This 10 day course is for people who have held a CISRS Trainee Scaffolder or Labourer card for three months. The course teaches the core skills of scaffolding. It covers how to safely erect, alter and dismantle basic scaffolding structures.
This course is intended for CISRS Scaffold card holders or for inspection card renewals, and for those responsible for inspecting and checking basic scaffolds for safe use, signing certificates and registers in accordance with statutory regulations. You should have awareness and experience of scaffolding structures, coming from time spent in your individual industry sector. You'll be required to confirm this experience by producing a CV with an employer endorsement, contactable references and/or certificates.
The course will give you the practical and theoretical knowledge to erect and dismantle. Chosen scaffold systems safely, according to current legislation and to the manufacturer's instructions.

This course aims to develop the core management skills you need to effectively supervise scaffolding operations.
This course is for Scaffolding Supervisors who need to renew their CISRS card. The Scaffolding CISRS Supervisors Card needs to be renewed every five years. You are required to complete a two-day refresher course prior to renewing card.
This 5-day course is for non-scaffolders, who erect, alter, and dismantle simple system scaffold structures within restricted environments. You will learn on a specific type of system scaffold erected to a maximum height of six metres with public interface. On successful completion of the course, we will apply on your behalf for the CISRS Basic Access System Erector (BASE) Card in the specific system scaffold product.
